Daily Post
Today i made a flyer for the people who smoke inside the building(hall way, bathroom, kitchen etc.). i've been working in this since friday, on friday i made flyers of instructions of how to use a computer(how to turn on, turn off, and use the internet..).

Midpoint Reflection points
How has the internship been the same as and/or different than your expectations?
its been a good internship because i hve learn how to manage things and i hope i will be learning many more things.. each day its different because they put me to do new stuff.. each day i learn i thing
What is similar and different about the culture of the school environment versus the workplace environment? What new skills have you learned that apply to the workplace?
Well its not so different because in the building there is tenant from different culture...so i htink is the same as in the school. the new things i heve learned in this internship are... to put in order the stuff of the tenants, also they teach me how to manage the excel program and put the rent pay of the tenants in there.
What kind of relationship do you have with your mentor and co-workers? How have you grown as a result of interacting with professional adults?
the relationship with my mentor has been good...she's a nice person and with ma co-worker too my relationship with them has been goin really good.
What challenges at the internship have you faced that you have overcome and how did you overcome them?
the challenge in my internship were to pay attention to new stuff they were teaching me such as.. put in order the information of tenants, work with the programs in the computer like excel... all i did is consentrate
What challenges have you faced in school as a result of the altered schedule and how are you handling them?
well in the school i havent faced any challenge about the job because when i get out of school i go directly to my internship.. so i just on time in the internship and pay attention.
What goals are you working to accomplish during the remainder of the internship?
there are many compueters that need to be in order to work.. so my goal is to make those compuetr to work.

That there are many things that are hapenin outside there and i didnt know.

Second Week Assigment
What did you do during your second week?
Just put in order the information of the tenants and labal their folders
How was it different than the first week?
Well the firts week was like weird, because i didnt knew nobody.. bt the second week i got to know almost all the workers in the office thingi , and it was really different the second week
What is something that you really like about the internship?
The stuuf i really liked from my internship was that all of them are nice with me and also i just have to be sitting down
What is something you dislike about the internship?
The stuuf i dislike of my internship was that i have to just sitting down in a chair...for now

The project i have been doin is were i have to separate and put in order the information of the clients or tenants wich is leases, section 8, financial, and misc.. i have been working in this project since i came to work here..
